The idea is that if there were quests you've done that you enjoyed, you could take and write it up as a contract, and involve others if you like, and do up a story of how they handle it.

Also it's a place for folks to gain contracts, state they need work, etc. Haven't seen many stories or info about what folks would see their characters doing as contracts, so thought it might give you a chance to flex the rp muscles.
Post about how you are turning quests into contracts. Ask for work from Arawn and others. Etc! It's ok for everyone to take some initiative!

The Craven held to bursting with the arrival of three ships to harbor. Businessmen, travellers, and sailors huddled together around tables, sloshed drinks at the bar, and enjoyed the revolving door of wenches through out the joint. A few members in the crowd moved through to a back hallway, a new half door set in it with a burly looking Castanic giving a hard eye to anyone that got too close or didn't have the passwords.

That is not a decoration. That is actually the majority of his lower jaw.
Don't worry, you can still do whatever you like with him. I haven't really characterized him yet, and he's definitely a tertiary character. Would be fun to see what people do with him, for if/whenever I actually play him.

Languages: Tera has stated they will not add different language support. The intention is one language ever used. For the history of races, it's feasible for their to be race specific languages. These may have died out, or fallen to the side for this one language.
If used, it would be pretty sparingly, with only your own race, and probably old and rarely used for some races.
There's no official word on them beyond no support.
