Here's a texture pack I fell in love with in Beta. The original guy (Doku) dropped it back at 1.7, sadly. Fans loved it, and continued his work. So here it is in full release glory!

Dokucraft: The Saga Continues

I love it for the SNES-era RPG feel.

Alektos loves Minecraft and has made some amazing places. She out vacationing with family this week still, but may post things on her return.

Haha, I figured you had a bunch. Once I make some more progress on my work with this Testificate city, I'll have to put up some screenies. Sometimes, I hate working with redstone, but it makes my gates so much more awesome.

Last server I had, in beta, I was working on a skull mountain. You entered through the mouth, which opened via a clever piston set-up. Until I accidentally blew up half of it.

Yeah that's why I save my servers now lol

I don't bother. I learned to stop playing with Dynamite. And keep creepers out.

Lol keep some cats around these days. Keeps the creepers away. Its funny watching a creeper spot you start running for you see the cats then turn and run the other way.

Haven't played it much until recently, since cats were added. Last animal I remember was wolves, and usually I never found any

You could try some servers. Some people prefer multiplayer.

Can you tell me about it? I've seen screenshots and although the graphics suck i am a firm believer that games have sacrificed much for graphics and are now only starting to catch up again.

lol actually the graphics are ment to look like they do though there are plenty of mods you can use to change that.

Personally i prefer the multiplayer servers. I like to build a fortress near the spawn area to protect newcomers from creepers camping them in the spawn area hehe.

How can I start near you? Would you mind if I tried to do that? I love playing games with others and everyone says positive things about that one.

Ive been thinking of starting another server. If enough people are interested i can set up another multiplayer one.

I done at the moment but it would be easy to set one up. I've done so in the past.

Wow thats awesome had no idea you could do stuff like that, i thought it was like an antfarm style underground mining game.

lol thanks. Some of that stuff took me days to make and alot of cursing when a creeper would put a crater in it cause i was distracted by netflix.

There is a game that is a 'antfarm style underground mining game' its called Terraria. Also a fairly fun game that is alot like minecraft in that you can pick up blocks and move them around and place them lol.

I shut my server down last month XD
